PLEASE BRING YOUR
1.Original passport (valid for at least 6 months)
2.Appointment letter for your visa interview or letter instructing you to have a medical exam done
3.Your DS-260 or DS-160 confirmation page.
4.COVID 19 VACCINATION RECORDS. (15yrs and over)
5.Vaccination records if available
6.Weighing card for children

THE FOLLOWING ARE ALSO REQUIRED :
1.A valid email address
2.Residential address in Ghana.
3.Intended address in the United States of America.

Working time is Mondays – Fridays 8am – 3PM
Saturdays 8am – 1PM
It is a walk-in no appointment needed. Payment is made in cash or mobile money only.
